Peachy - Beagle Dog for Adoption in Pottstown, Pennsylvania

Peachy is the only girl in our “Cool Kids” crew and one of three tiny survivors with a very big story.

Peachy, along with her brothers Groovy and Nifty, was found newly born along a rural road in Coolville, Ohio, near the home of one of our whelping fosters. The three were taken into care and have been lovingly raised as bottle babies by two of our very experienced whelping fosters, receiving round-the-clock care from the very beginning. Sadly, other puppies found with them did not survive despite every effort, making these three little survivors all the more special.

Peachy is quite possibly a professional-level cuddler. She loves being close to her people and is happiest when she can snuggle in and soak up all the affection she can get. And that Beagle in her is already making itself known—she may even sing a little when she thinks it's time for some attention.

She has overcome more in her short life than any puppy should have to, but today Peachy is thriving, growing, playing and showing us more of her sweet personality every day.

Now this little girl is ready to find her people.

Peachy will arrive in Pennsylvania on September 2, with pickup in the Pottstown area.

We are accepting foster-to-adopt applications through August 26. With foster-to-adopt, Peachy can come home with you for a two-week trial period, giving everyone time to make sure the match is right before finalizing the adoption.

If Peachy has not been selected for foster-to-adopt by August 26, she will enter a traditional foster home and become available for adoption on or after September 16.
