Some puppies have a way of making you smile before they've even taken a single step. Sox is one of them. With her oversized ears, big puppy eyes, adorable little white "socks," and the happiest puppy belly around, she's impossible to resist.

A 4.5-month-old Basset Hound mix, Sox tips the scales at 30 pounds and is expected to grow into a lovable medium-sized companion with plenty of personality packed into her delightfully low-riding frame. Affectionate, funny, smart, and generous with puppy kisses, she loves children, enjoys other dogs, and has a knack for making everyday moments a little more fun.

Big ears. Big heart. Big smiles. Sox is ready to bring all three home to her forever family.

S.T.A.R. Group, Inc is a foster-based organization located in Corpus Christi, TX. All pets are in a foster home in South Texas and are transported once adopted. Our animals are listed in different cities throughout the country that has transport available.

Adoption Fee includes a microchip, all age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, current on recommended preventions and a ride on the next available transport to their new families' area.

Applications are processed in the order they are received. S.T.A.R. Group is made up of volunteers, so please give us a couple of days to begin processing your application.
