Meet Mimi
Mimi has the kind of face that invites conversation. Those warm brown eyes and expressive little eyebrows make it feel like she's listening to every word, and somehow she always looks genuinely interested in whatever you're doing.
At about 3 years old, this little 14.5 pound Chihuahua mix has settled into herself beautifully. She has plenty of personality packed into that little frame and isn't shy about letting her people know when she's excited to see them. A favorite chew toy, a cozy place nearby, and the company of someone she loves are all it takes to make her day complete.
People are definitely Mimi's favorite, and she enjoys the company of other dogs just as much. She's full of exuberance with the people she loves and has a habit of greeting them with all four feet off the floor, so a home with kids 15 and older will give everyone the space they need to enjoy her enthusiasm. She's still young and receptive to gentle correction, with plenty of room to learn that there are other ways to show her people how excited she is to see them. She brings plenty of personality to the room and has a soft spot for treats and belly rubs.
Mimi has a big personality packed into a little package, and she's ready to find someone who will love every bit of her.

S.T.A.R. Group, Inc is a foster-based organization located in Corpus Christi, TX. All pets are in a foster home in South Texas and are transported once adopted. Our animals are listed in different cities throughout the country that has transport available.
Adoption Fee includes a microchip, all age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, current on recommended preventions and a ride on the next available transport to their new families' area.
Applications are processed in the order they are received. S.T.A.R. Group is made up of volunteers, so please give us a couple of days to begin processing your application.
