Hi there! I'm Putzi, and if smiling were a sport, I'd be going for the gold!

I was made for runs, fetch sessions, adventures, and becoming your absolute best friend. All I need is a family willing to love me as much as I'll love them — which is, for the record, an enormous amount.

Running and playing fetch are my love languages. I'm looking for an active family who can give me plenty of exercise, structure, potty breaks, and a stable routine.

Treats = my heart. I'll do just about anything for a snack! My foster mom and I are working on “sit” and “leave it,” and a gentle reminder goes a long way.

My past didn't include much time with other people or dogs, so patience is everything. But every new friend I make gets rewarded with maximum kisses. You've been warned!

I'm still learning this whole leash-walking thing, but I'm picking it up fast. I've already proven that I love walking with my foster mom's big Australian Shepherds! ‍

I do best with larger dogs and have absolutely loved my foster siblings. Small animals like cats, rabbits, or tiny dogs that look like rabbits are not really my thing — big dog energy only, please!

Big kids and adults are my favorite. I'm too energetic for tiny humans, but I would be an amazing adventure buddy for the right family.
