Tiny body, giant personality, and a face that looks like he woke up every day determined to make somebody smile.

Danish is a 4-year-old, 8-pound male with the sweetest little soul and a whole lot of charm packed into one tiny package. He is a special boy looking for a very special home that understands that the best things sometimes come in the most delicate, quirky wrappers.

Danish is blind, so the world can feel a little spooky at first. He may need a minute to warm up to new people and new surroundings, but once he realizes you are safe, he is all about the snuggles. He loves to sit in your lap for pets and love, likes to be held, and has a soft, tender side that is impossible not to fall for.

He also has a playful little spark. Danish loves toys that make noise so he can find them and "see" what he is playing with. He likes to zoom around and play, and when he gets extra excited, he may even pee a little because apparently containing joy is not his specialty.

Danish does well with dogs and cats, but he would do best in an adult-only home where his needs and boundaries can be respected. He did snip a child in the previous home so we are saying children over ten and a respect for Danish's space is a must. He is also not housetrained, and because he has special needs and special dietary needs, he is looking for an adopter who is ready to meet him where he is and love him exactly as he comes.

Danish is not looking for perfect. He is looking for patient arms, a gentle home, some fun squeaky toys, and someone who understands that the shy ones, the fragile ones, and the special ones are often the ones who leave the biggest pawprints on your heart.
