Bindi is feeling bonita!
And honestly... can you blame her?
After watching her foster sister get so much interest from families ready to spoil her with cute accessories and adorable outfits, Bindi has decided she'd like to throw her own name into the hat as a pup who is equally adorable and equally willing to rock a bandana, flower collar, sweater, or whatever fashion statement you have in mind!
Bindi is an estimated 10 months to 1 year old and we suspect she may be a Mini Aussie/Sheltie mix. She may look bigger in photos, but this petite little lady weighs only about 23 pounds, making her the perfect medium-small size for adventures, couch cuddles, and accompanying you on all of life's errands.
And can we talk about her fur for a second? Yes, she sheds, but her coat is SO incredibly soft that you'll find yourself petting her just because you can.
Bindi absolutely adores everyone she meets — dogs, cats, and people are all friends in her book!
Dogs hold a particularly special place in her heart, and because of that, a playful canine companion is required in her forever home. Bindi thrives with another dog to chase, wrestle, play tag with, and generally be a goofy puppy alongside. (A fenced yard is also required!) She's looking for a playful, patient dog sibling who won't mind her puppy antics or be offended when she insists on another round of zoomies, wrestling, or enthusiastic jumping sessions. Playful dogs love her, but she can be a lot for dogs who arent used to constant play.
Bindi is kennel trained (clean and dry all night, quiet in her kennel) and is continuing to work hard on her house training skills. She's still young, eager to learn, and ready to become someone's very best friend.
Sidenote: Bindi is very quick and agile! Might be fun to train for agility, or just an adventure buddy. Not a fit for seniors or anyone with mobility limitations.
So if you've been looking for a petite, fluffy, social butterfly who is always down for a play session and doesn't mind being your dress-up sidekick, Bindi would love to meet you.
Because Bindi isn't just feeling bonita...
She's very bonita.
