Meet Bonnie!
Bonnie is one of a litter of eight puppies looking for her perfect forever family! Her mama, Molly, is a 40-pound Pembroke Welsh Corgi/Border Collie mix, and thanks to DNA testing on Bonnie's littermate, Jessie, we know their dad was a Golden Retriever. With that combination, Bonnie is sure to grow into a smart, loyal, affectionate companion.
Born on May 15, Bonnie currently weighs 10 pounds and is expected to reach 50-70 pounds as an adult.
If you're looking for a cuddle bug, Bonnie is your girl! She's always the first puppy to come running when people arrive, hoping for attention, snuggles, and love. Her sweet, people-oriented personality makes her impossible to resist.
Bonnie is doing wonderfully with housetraining. Like all young puppies, she'll need a family committed to continuing her training and taking her outside at least every four hours during the day until she's older and able to hold it longer.
Because Bonnie is expected to be a large dog, she will require a physically fenced yard where she can safely run, play, and burn off puppy energy.
Bonnie will be 10 weeks old on July 24 and will be ready to head home with her forever family at that time. Before adoption, she will be spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and receive her first two distemper/parvo vaccinations. Her adopters will be responsible for her third distemper/parvo booster at 14 weeks of age and her rabies vaccination at 16 weeks.
If you're ready to welcome a sweet, affectionate puppy who will happily greet you with wagging tails and cuddles every day, Bonnie can't wait to meet you!
