To know Pancake is to love Pancake.
Much like his namesake, Pancake is as sweet as can be. At 9 months old, his personality is infectious. He truly is full of joy and enjoys every single day.
He was originally found by a patroling police officer who spotting him abandoned and locked in a crate. Pancake was happy to see him, but understandably confused and hot in the summer sun. After a few weeks at Animal Control, Pancake landed in a Needy Paws foster home, where he is living his best life and gaining some much needed weight.
This guy is the Trifecta: kid, dog and cat friendly. In his foster home, Pancake lives with another dog and two young children, who he adores goofing around with. He's potty trained and a very good natured dog. He's crate trained, but doesn't love being in there, so a home where he wouldn't be crated for long hours would be great. In true older puppy fashion though, Pancake is still working hard on learning the rules of being a model citizen. He likes to find random things to chew, so he needs a close eye while he matures.
Pancakes ideal home is a busy one! He'd love a house with other playful dogs and some kids. A fenced in yard would be a plus, though he is very easy on the leash (his young foster siblings can walk him with ease). You won't regret meeting this sweet boy!
