Mom is a petite American Staffordshire Terrier mix, but judging by the size of these pups, Dad must have been a BIG guy! We suspect Dad may have been a Cane Corso or Mastiff, and there may even be a little Shar-Pei mixed in there somewhere because these puppies have some seriously smooshy faces. In other words, Freedom is expected to grow into one very large American citizen! Despite his future size, Freedom is a fairly calm puppy who enjoys hanging out with his people and taking in the world around him. Like all puppies, he'll need a family committed to consistent training, socialization, and good manners. And when you're expecting to grow into a very big dog, being a well-behaved citizen is especially important! Freedom should be able to live happily with other dogs, cats, and children. He may have been born on Independence Day, but what Freedom really wants is independence from the shelter and a forever family of his own.
