**NOTE: All AVA kittens under 12 months of age MUST be adopted in pairs or to a home with another young cat. AVA does not accept applications for single kittens**
***Leia and Lesia are sisters for life, and must go home together.
Leia and Lesia were born and lived under a deck until they and their mom were brought inside. They were a little timid at first with the humans who are now a part of their world. But kitten are kittens, and their curiosity and need for love soon overcame their shyness. Now the girls are the definition of cuddle buddies!
Leia and Lesia are almost identical in facial markings, except Leia sports darker and bolder swirly stripes, a black heart-shaped nose, and is the more outgoing one of the duo.
Leia and Lesia are the sweetest and silliest girls you will have the pleasure to meet! They are sisters of the heart and soul, play fighting one second and cuddling together the next. Leia is the free spirited one, a curious and brave explorer, but also a docile, most trusting soul. She loves to roll on her back and let you scratch her tummy like a dog. Lesia may take longer than her sister to open up, but when she does, she is the cutest, most cuddly kitty in the whole world and will gladly take naps on your lap. They are absolutely good girls who are loving and devoted. The humans are all just jesters lucky enough to be living in their princess world.
Would you like to have princesses Leia and Lesia as a part of your kingdom? Please complete our online application found at: https://www.avacats.org/adoption-application-form.
Our adoption fees cover vetting and include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines (initial FVRCP and rabies), flea treatment, two dewormings and microchipping.
Adoption fees are $275 for each kitten up to 12 months old. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.
All AVA kittens 12 months or younger must be adopted in pairs or go to a home with another young cat (3 years or younger). Kittens learn from each other how to behave, which helps them turn into well-adjusted adult cats. In general, paired cats have happier and healthier lives because they have a constant companion and playmate. Plus, it's twice the fun for you, and half the work!
