Augustus - Tabby Cat for Adoption in Maple Ridge, British Columbia

Augustus might let his louder shelter mates take the spotlight, but he has plenty of charm of his own. Get to know him a little, and you’ll soon discover the gentle, kind soul behind those soft green eyes. 8 year old Augustus is friendly, affectionate, and an all-around sweetheart. He welcomes pets and likes to rub up against your legs to say hello. He has the cutest mouth and his very own unique way of talking. Rather than a traditional cat meow, Augustus has the most adorable little “mows,” and we could happily listen to them all day.

Having previously lived with an elderly owner, Augustus would likely be happiest in a relaxed adult-only home where life is calm and peaceful. He could do well with older, mature children who can be gentle with him. Augustus previously lived with another cat and has been friendly and respectful with his shelter mates. We think he could enjoy having a feline friend again, especially another cat with a calm, easygoing purrsonality. Augustus uses his litter box well and has no health concerns.
