Espresso - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Maple Ridge, British Columbia

Espresso is a little black panther with a shy heart that's slowly coming out of hiding. Around 1 year old, Espresso came to us after being trapped alongside another cat. He was initially very timid and cautious, but his sweet, friendly purrsonality is starting to peek through as he discovers that people might not be so scary after all.

While he's still a little shy, Espresso's curious side is starting to emerge. He'll watch you with those big, inquisitive eyes of his, follow you around the room, and even come over to check you out—only to make a quick retreat the moment you reach out to pet him. But he doesn't go far! Espresso will stay close by, watching and gathering a little more courage to come closer next time. We have a feeling there's a little loverboy hiding beneath that shy exterior; he just needs a little more confidence to show him off!

Espresso will thrive in a patient, adult-only home where his people will give him the time and space to continue blossoming, while gently encouraging him along the way. He adores his feline friends, so a friendly cat buddy in his future home is a "must" for Espresso. Having another cat by his side will provide the companionship he needs and help him continue building his confidence. Espresso is healthy and a pro at using his litter box.
