Wasser - Tabby Cat for Adoption in Maple Ridge, British Columbia

If you’ve got a lap to spare, Wasser would be more than happy to snuggle up and make himself at home. This ruggedly handsome 5-year-old tabby came very close to losing his chance to find a loving home when he was almost euthanized, but thankfully, a few angels had other plans and helped him find his way to us. And we couldn’t be happier they did, because this sweet boy is pawsitively purrfect!

Wasser is the biggest softie who absolutely adores people. He’s incredibly friendly and loving, and he’ll happily chirp at you to come over and spend some quality time with him. And once you do, be prepared to fall in love! Wasser is an absolute cuddle bug who will happily crawl right into your lap, where he’ll smother you with kisses and head boops. If that doesn’t win you over, just wait until he starts purring and his paws get busy whipping up a batch of his famous biscuits!

Wasser’s gentle, laid-back personality makes him a great fit for a home with older children. He’s friendly with his shelter mates, though we’re still learning how he feels about having a feline friend of his own. A resident cat with a similar temperament may be a nice companion for him. Wasser is a healthy boy who is FIV+. Because of his FIV status, he is eligible for our Permanent Foster Program, which means we will cover his medical expenses for life, provided he is seen by one of our veterinarians in Maple Ridge or Cloverdale.
