****Please note all AVA kittens under 12 months of age MUST be adopted in pairs or to a home with another young cat. AVA does not accept applications for single kittens****
Update June 26th -Harrison and Harlow are now at the Pet Valu, 920 Upper Wentworth across from Limeridge mall. Go pay these cuties a visit.
Harrison and Harlow came in to our rescue back begining of May - they were part of 13 kittens that came from a rural area and two moms. Harrison had an URI and an eye infection. He was treated with antibiotics and eye ointments and is now ready to find his new home. His one eye still waters a little from time to time, but just give it a clean. Harrison has been flea treated, dewormed twice, received his 1st FVCRP vaccine and microchip. His booster FVCRP vaccine then rabies is the responslibility of his new owner and must be completed prior to his neuter by AVA at 4 - 5 months of age which is covered by his $275 adoption fee. Harrison has adjusted to the good life of being inside, he is still a little shy at first especially with sudden noises and movements. It is recommended that he start out in a safe room with food, litter and toys until he adjusts to his new environment. Harrison loves playing and cuddle with his sister Harlow so it would be great if he could find a home with her. If not he MUST go to a home with another young cat ( under 3 ) or kitten to keep him company. Two is better than one, twice the fun and 1/2 the work. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy. Little kittens are not appropriate for children under the age of 6.
