June 12th, 2026 - Keith, Laurie Tracy and their mom Shirley came in to our rescue end of April A woman was having an abandonned house renovated and the contractor found Shirley and her 3 babies huddled in the basement - mom could get in and out through a broken basement window. Trappers came in and caught the 3 kittens and their mom . Taken to a foster home where they have thrived and now ready for adoption. Keith has been flea treated, dewormed twice, received his 1st FVCRP vaccine and microchip. His booster FVCRP vaccine then rabies is the responslibility of his new owner and must be completed prior to his neuter by AVA at 5 months of age which is covered by his $275 adoption fee. Keith loves to play with his toy mice, crinkle balls and wand toys. He loves to climb his cat tree and uses the scratching post. . He loves playing and cuddle with his littermates so it would be great if he could find a home with one of them . If not he MUST go to a home with another young cat ( under 3 ) or kitten to keep him company. Two is better than one, twice the fun and 1/2 the work. It is recommended that he start out in a safe room with food, litter and toys until he adjusts to her new environment AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy. Little kittens are not appropriate for children under the age of 6.
