****Please note all AVA kittens under 12 months of age MUST be adopted in pairs or to a home with another young cat. AVA does not accept applications for single kittens****
Update June 26th -Harlow and Harrison are now at the Pet Valu, 920 Upper Wentworth across from Limeridge mall. Go pay these cuties a visit.
Harlow and Harrison came in to our rescue back begining of May - they were part of 13 kittens that came from a rural area and two moms. Harlow had an URI and an eye infection. She was treated with antibiotics and eye ointments and is now ready to find her new home. Harlow has been flea treated, dewormed twice, received her 1st FVCRP vaccine and microchip. Her booster FVCRP vaccine then rabies is the responslibility of her new owner and must be completed prior to her spay by AVA at 4 - 5 months of age which is covered by her $275 adoption fee. Harlow has adjusted to the good life of being inside, she is still a little shy at first especially with sudden noises and movements. It is recommended that she start out in a safe room with food, litter and toys until she adjusts to her new environment. Harlow loves playing and cuddling with her brother Harrison so it would be great if she could find a home with him. If not she MUST go to a home with another young cat ( under 3 ) or kitten to keep her company. Two is better than one, twice the fun and 1/2 the work. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy. Little kittens are not appropriate for children under the age of 6.
