October 25th - Daisy and Dolly were rescued in Sept from living under a porch by 2 concerned animal lovers. We were contacted and since the couple were able to foster they came in to our rescue. Daisy has been flea treated, dewormed twice, received her one set of FVCRP vaccines plus rabies, spayed and microchipped. Daisy did have an ulcer in her left eye from an eye infection. It was treated with antibiotics and she can see fine, her eye is slightly discoloured and noticeable at night as only one eye reflects the light. She is a little shyer that Dolly, but once she gets to know she is very sweet. She is playful and loves chasing wand toys and lasers. She will chirp when she is ready for head and neck scratches. Her adoption fee is $275 . Dolly and Daisy comfort each other and are always side by side so they MUST be adopted together. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy. They are in a foster home in Hamilton
