Jewel and her littermates/BFF's Frankie, Josh, Skye, Clementine, & Marjorie were rescued with another 6 kittens from a rural area around 6 weeks of age or so. They had Upper respiratory infection and were treated with antibiotics . fast forward a month and they are now ready for adoption. Jewel has been flea treated, dewormed twice, received her 1st FVCRP vaccine and microchip. Her booster FVCRP vaccine plus rabies is the responsibility of her new owner and must be completed prior to her spay at 5 months by AVA which is included in her $275 adoption fee. This is what her foster mom has to say about Jewel " She is a playful little gem who loves jumping, chasing toys and keeping busy. She shares a special bond with her sister Frankie, and the two love hanging out and cuddling together. She enjoys being near her people, even is she prefers not to cuddle up too closely. She's happy just having you close by while she does her own thing. " It would be great if Jewel could find a home with her sister Frankie as they are quite bonded if not she MUST go to a home with another young cat or kitten to keep her company. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy. Little kittens are not appropriate for children under the age of 6. It is recommended that she start out in a safe room with food, litter and toys until she adjusts to a new environment. They are in a foster home in Burlington.
