Abaddon is a classic tortie queen with a personality all her own. She was surrendered when the busy environment in her previous home became too stressful for her, and now she’s looking for a calmer place where she can truly relax and be herself.

Like many torties, Abaddon has a little bit of sass and a lot of character. She prefers affection on her own terms—but when she’s in the mood, she’ll reward you with big, rumbling purrs and sweet head bumps as she rubs up against you. She’s not a fan of being picked up, but she does enjoy settling into your lap once she feels comfortable.

Abaddon would do best with someone who understands and appreciates an independent cat—someone who will respect her boundaries and let her take the lead in the relationship. In return, you’ll get a unique, affectionate companion with plenty of tortitude and charm.
