Meet Trixie, a one-year-old Pit mix weighing 47 pounds.

Trixie is a gentle, sweet soul with beautiful mismatched eyes that make her even more unforgettable. She recently had a rough adventure after being found covered in porcupine quills, but thankfully those have been removed and she’s healing up well.

Though she can be a little nervous at first, Trixie has a calm, tender nature and appreciates kindness and patience from the people around her. She walks nicely on leash and enjoys quiet moments outside, especially relaxing in the grass and soaking up the fresh air.

Trixie’s soft personality and gentle spirit make her the kind of dog who forms deep bonds once she feels safe and comfortable. She would thrive in a loving home where she can continue to build confidence at her own pace while enjoying plenty of peaceful companionship.
