Meet Raisin!

Raisin is a handsome black cat with a heart as warm as his name is sweet. Found wandering the streets of Chicago as a stray, this friendly boy hasn't let his rough start dim his loving spirit. Raisin is the kind of cat who greets you with gentle head bumps, curious chirps, and a happy purr the moment you walk into the room.

He loves attention, cozy naps, and being close to his people whenever possible. Whether he's lounging in a sunny window or following you around the house like a loyal little shadow, Raisin is always ready to bring comfort and companionship. This sweet boy is more than ready to trade life on the streets for a forever home filled with love, soft blankets, and plenty of cuddles.

Raisin is neutered, up-to-date on his FVRCP and Rabies vaccines, and he is FeLV negative.

Raisin s FIV positive. This just means that there are some extra steps to keeping him healthy. FIV can weaken the cat's immune system. While FIV-positive cats can enjoy long, healthy lives, they can be hit harder by secondary infections. Please feel free to ask our Heartland Team for a more in-depth overview.
