Meet Osheaga aka Little Shea

Shea is a sweet, shy little girl who is slowly discovering just how wonderful indoor life can be. This soon-to-be queen of the castle is all grey, with the cutest little tabby tail.

Shea started life outside, so she's still learning that people can be trusted. She likes to hide away for her naps, but bring out her favourite toys and shell come racing out to play. She's incredibly fast, loves pretty much every toy she meets, and has one clear favourite activity: chasing and wrestling with her cat friends.

Shea is curious about people and wants to be nearby, even if she's not quite ready to be close yet. Lately, she's started following her people from a safe distance, accepting more touches, and even settling at their feet for little stretches of time. These small steps are a pretty good indication of the affectionate cat she's becoming.

Shea is mostly quiet with people, but she has plenty to say to her feline friends. A young, playful cat companion is needed for Shea to join your home—someone who will help her build confidence and give her lots of opportunities to play. She also needs to be adopted to a quiet household with older children who can respect her boundaries and to allow her to blossom around people.

Shea isn't going to be an instant lap cat. She's a slow-and-steady girl, and earning her trust will take some patience. But if you give Shea the time and space she needs, you may just find yourself with a very sweet little shadow who has decided that you're her person.

Like all ACR cats, Shea is up-to-date on vaccines and has been treated for fleas and parasites.
