Meet Ashton!

Ashton is a total 10 and he knows it! Not only is he handsome as can be, he's also a sweet guy with great personality. He was take in by caring neighbors after he lost his home when his previous owner moved away. While he was super sweet and impossible to not love, he wasn't a love match for the other pets in the home. That's okay though, we think his next right home is waiting just around the corner.

He is very social and is eager to make everybody his new friend! He wants to be respected, of course as any cat does, but overall seems like a pretty chill guy. He'll probably spend his days following you from room to room when he's feeling curious, or posting himself in a cozy window spot to keep tabs on the activity outside.

If you love a confident cat who will likely feel little shame in invading your personal space, he might be a perfect fit! His favorite spot might end up being right on your chest for a nap. While there is a lot of him to love (and we love every inch), his next adventure in life should include focus on achieving a healthier weight and lifestyle to get him as healthy as he can be.

Cats: Ashton had only briefly lived with other cats after being taken in as a stray. Consideration of other cats in an adoptive home would depend on activity level, personality match, household set-up, and slow introduction.
Dogs: Ashton has reportedly lived with dogs but we have no information about what this relationship was like.
Children: Ashton has only briefly lived with children and may do well with respectful children.
