Meet Toffee, a charming 4-year-old gentleman with a soft heart and so much love to give!

Toffee is a beautiful striped and spotted tabby cat. He loves napping on cozy laps, relaxing in his cat tree, batting around his favorite kick toy, and enjoying Churu treats. He has a wonderfully sweet nature and a quiet charm that makes getting to know him all the more rewarding. He is a devoted little shadow who loves to sleep on your lap.

Toffee would thrive in a calm, loving home where he can settle in at his own pace and enjoy being the center of attention. He would likely do best as the only pet, where he can have his own space and build confidence without the added stress of sharing his home with other animals. He is shy with dogs and other cats and will need a slow introduction if there is another pet at home.

If you're looking for a sweet, charming companion who would love to share your couch, keep your lap warm, and reward your patience with growing trust and affection, Toffee may be your perfect match.

What Toffee is looking for in a home:

- He is new to indoor life with humans, so they need a kind and patient guide to help them continue adjusting. Loud noises, fast movements, and strangers can make them nervous.
- He will need extra time and TLC to build trust.
- He can get nervous, so he needs a kind and patient guide to help him feel comfortable with new experiences.
- He will need to live indoors only.
- He feels at ease in a quiet and calm environment.
- He prefers to be an only cat.
- He has no known history with children.

All Alley Cat Project’s cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption. Consistent with Association of Shelter Veterinarians (ASV) guidelines, ACP follows current shelter medicine practices and does not routinely test every healthy, low-risk cat for FIV and FeLV.

Alley Cat Project adoption fees are:

- $200 per cat or kitten
- $350 for pair of cats or kittens
- $50 for senior cat (over 8 years old)
- Flexible reduced fees for a cat with a chronic medical condition that requires ongoing care.
- Adjustable fee upon request for adopters who are low income, and seniors, disabled, or others with fixed incomes.
- Additional charitable donations are appreciated and support our overall rescue efforts
