Meet Bourke!

Give this boy a treat and he is your immediate best friend! He's your company without being smothering! He is like James Dean- too cool and aloof. His favorite thing to do is take a nice nap. He is shy, yet playful and enjoys a life of luxury and leisure.

Bourke is up-to-date on core vaccinations, He is litter box trained and all Beagles and Bentleys cats are required to be indoor only. His adoption fee is $150 and covers the cost of his care while in foster and his future neuter/microchip. To apply to adopt Bourke, please apply at beaglesandbentleys.org/adopt.

Spay/Neuter Disclosure:
Spay/Neuter will be scheduled when age-appropriate and is covered in the adoption fee. We require adopters to be within a reasonable distance of Richmond or Virginia Beach in order to complete spay/neuter with our approved clinics.

Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives, and cats must be altered and up to date on rabies) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
