Hi, I'm Peter! I'm a confident, outgoing guy who loves people and wants to be part of whatever you're doing. If you walk into the room, I'll be there to greet you with my tail held high, rub against your legs, and give you the very best head bumps around. I love attention and will happily follow you from room to room just to be near you. Whether I'm curled up next to you on the couch, tucked under a blanket nearby, or occasionally stretched out on your lap, I'm happiest when I'm spending time with my favorite humans.

I'm most active in the mornings and during the day, and I have a playful, curious personality. Before coming into foster care, I had never even played with toys, but now I absolutely love toy mice, catnip toys, feathers, soft foam balls, and just about anything that lets me chase and pounce. I'm also very smart, learn quickly, and I'm highly motivated by treats-especially Churus and crunchy treats! I enjoy being brushed and petted too, but I can get a little overstimulated if playtime gets too rough or the brushing goes on for too long. Don't worry though-my tail will let you know when I've had enough, and after a short break I'll be ready for more love.

I get along well with my feline brother and sister, although I do like to be the boss. With a little guidance, I've learned great manners and boundaries. You'll often find me perched on the top of my cat tower where I can keep an eye on everything, or relaxing beside my people. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the vacuum-it sends me looking for a quieter spot! I'm also a litter box champion with excellent manners. One thing to keep in mind is that I'm very curious, so hair ties and strings should always be put away because they look like irresistible toys to me.
