Coal - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Johnston, Rhode Island

Say hello to COAL! Talk about an absolute stunner! This delightful, engaging boy has an inky black short-haired coat. COAL has double paws on his front legs and a few wisps of white fur strands on his chest. COAL is estimated to be approximately one year old.

COAL was seen routinely hanging around a concerned resident's local neighborhood. Turns out, this friendly stray was luckily being fed by some kind, caring neighbors. However, COAL did not belong to anyone or have a home to call his own and rest his paws. We reached out to one of our amazing volunteers to assist with trapping, and the rest is history! COAL took no time at all to settle in. COAL was friendly and welcoming to all his human friends right off the bat. COAL is the perfect package. He has a calm presence about him. He thoroughly enjoys being pet and is especially fond of having under his chin gently scratched. This gentleman kitty is quite a flirt and will often times roll over and give you his belly to show his appreciation. COAL is also a playful guy and loves interactive playtime with the volunteers when they wave a wand toy for enrichment. COAL is super cute, seeks your attention, enjoys a good pet session, can be handled and is simply an all-around cool cat. COAL is charming and affectionate and will make one person or family an excellent feline friend and companion for life.

Neutered, Rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, FeLV/FIV tested negative, Flea prevention applied and Microchipped.
