Magellan - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Johnston, Rhode Island

Introducing MAGELLAN! MAGELLAN is a gentle, handsome guy with a muted grey classic tabby patterned coat. MAGELLAN has big, bold light green eyes. Our vet staff estimates MAGELLAN to be approximately one year old.

MAGELLAN was found in a local neighborhood routinely hanging around a couple's property near their front walkway. The couple inquired with neighbors and asked other residents in the area if they knew anything about this out-of-place lost kitty, but no one seemed to know where this fellow came from. MAGELLAN was humanely trapped by one of our volunteers and brought to the safety and warmth of our cat center. MAGELLAN was just a touch shy the first week or so. However, with the continued attention and encouragement from all the volunteers, MAGELLAN has settled in quite nicely. Once you start petting MAGELLAN, he will "bunt" your hand and gravitate closer and closer to you. MAGELLAN has a soft meow and a calm presence. MAGELLAN is affectionate and has an easygoing, sweet temperament. MAGELLAN would make a great feline companion and is seeking an adopter(s) to share a lifetime filled with stability, happiness and love.

Neutered, Rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, FeLV/FIV tested negative, Flea prevention applied and Microchipped.

If you'd like to meet MAGELLAN, or any of our adoptable cats or kittens, please fill out an Adoption Form found in the link: https://pawswatch.org/adoptions/
