Meet Nadia!

Nadia is a social, affectionate girl who has discovered that indoor life is pretty fantastic. Most of all, Nadia loves her people. She enjoys attention, affection, and simply knowing her humans are nearby. She's the kind of cat who wants to be part of the family and seems genuinely happy just to have people of her own.

Nadia is also comfortable around both cats and dogs and would do well with cat-savvy children, making her a great fit for many different kinds of homes.

And there's one thing Nadia particularly appreciates about being an indoor kitty: a dependable food bowl! She seems to understand that there's something pretty wonderful about knowing your next meal is coming, your bed is warm, and you're safe and loved.

That sense of security means a little more when you know how Nadia's story began.

She came to us from Macon, Mississippi, after the home near where she had been living burned down under suspicious circumstances. Nadia's world changed overnight, but thankfully, her story didn't end there. She found her way into the safety of rescue — and quickly discovered just how wonderful indoor living could be.

Now Nadia is ready for the one thing rescue can't give her permanently: a family of her own.

All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
