Meet Dandelion!
Beautiful • Curious • Playful • Adventurous
Dandelion is a gorgeous little girl with a sleek, shiny black coat and a wonderfully curious personality to match.
This girl likes to know what's going on! She's playful, athletic, adventurous, and always interested in exploring her surroundings. One of her favorite pastimes is sitting in the window watching the birds and keeping careful tabs on everything happening outside.
In fact, Dandelion is so curious about the world that an open door can occasionally look like an invitation to investigate. Her future family will just need to keep an eye on this little explorer and remind her that indoor adventures are the best adventures.
But Dandelion isn't all action. She's also a sweet, loving girl who enjoys affection and being part of the family.
Dandelion and her siblings Cilantro and Rosemary came into foster care as tiny bottle babies, so she has grown up surrounded by people and receiving lots of hands-on love and attention. She's also cat-friendly, dog-friendly, and kid-friendly and has had plenty of experience being part of a busy household.
Like her sister Rosemary, Dandelion's beautiful black coat may make her easier for adopters to overlook — but there is absolutely nothing ordinary about the kitten underneath it.
She's curious. She's playful. She's loving. And she's ready to find a family who will give her plenty of windows to watch, toys to chase, and adventures to have.
Come meet Dandelion and let this beautiful little girl charm you.
Everybody loves kittens, and it's easy to see why! Kittens four months old or younger are only adopted out in pairs or to homes that already have a friendly, playful resident cat. Young kittens simply do not thrive in isolation, and we do not make exceptions. If you're looking for a single cat, please look to our older kittens, teens, or adults. They're wonderful companions and fully ready to be your one-and-only.
All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
