Meet Crowe & Buttercup!
One is a tiny mountaineer. The other is a sweet little social butterfly. Crowe and Buttercup are two fun, happy kittens ready to find families of their own.
Crowe believes the best place to be is climbing.
This curious little adventurer is a serious climber. Turn your back for two seconds and he'll be on top of the catio, proudly surveying his kingdom and figuring out what he can conquer next. He's playful, entertaining, and always ready for another adventure.
Buttercup is pure sweetness with plenty of kitten energy mixed in. She's a happy, playful girl who loves toys, enjoys being part of the action, and is always ready for a good game with her feline friends.
Both kittens do well with other cats, cat-friendly dogs, and respectful children. And while they're being featured together, Crowe and Buttercup are not bonded and can be adopted separately.
Their paths to us were very different.
Crowe simply appeared on a family's carport one day as a tiny baby. His mama had been spotted nearby, and attempts were made to trap her, but so far she's managed to outsmart everyone.
Buttercup came to us from Columbus Lowndes Humane Society as just a little baby, and she's been busy growing into the sweet, playful girl she is today.
Different beginnings brought them into rescue, but now they're both ready for the really good part: homes and families of their own.
So, which is more your speed?
A fearless little climber who thinks everything is a jungle gym? Or a sweet, playful Buttercup who is ready to brighten your home?
Either way, you really can't go wrong.
Everybody loves kittens, and it's easy to see why! Kittens four months old or younger are only adopted out in pairs or to homes that already have a friendly, playful resident cat. Young kittens simply do not thrive in isolation, and we do not make exceptions. If you're looking for a single cat, please look to our older kittens, teens, or adults. They're wonderful companions and fully ready to be your one-and-only.
All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
