Say hello to our newest little cow cat Quinlan! She is a frisky young lady around 12 months old. Quinlan was found a couple months ago as a stray living in less than ideal conditions. After being rescued into foster care at around 10 months old she quickly grew to love her indoor cat life. She is very playful and enjoys watching squirrels through the windows. Quinlan loves to jump in bed with her human and get lots of pets and snuggles. However she is still adjusting to life with humans and can dart away when people are walking around and she doesn’t like to be picked up yet. She will do best in a quiet home with people who can be patient with her and work to understand her. She especially LOVES all the other kitties in her foster home and MUST have a feline friend in her new home as it will really help her blossom and have maximum happiness (she has a more timid younger sister/cousin she can be adopted with for someone with an extra big heart/patience). She also does well with the older canine in her foster home. Quinlan is being fostered in the Thornton area. Apply to meet her!

Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives!

$350 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes. These 'guardian kittens' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens.
$225 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes. These 'guardian cats' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens.
$225 for kittens (6 months & under)
$150 for cats (older than 6 months)
$100 for senior cats (8 years or older)

Shelters usually guess at the breed, so there is no guarantee, as we don't DNA test our foster pets. Our adoption process is:

1. Fill out our Adoption Application online. We'll contact you within 48 hours to answer any questions you may have about the pet.

2. If the pet looks like a great match, we'll schedule a meet and greet and ask you to fill out our online Adoption Agreement if you'd like to proceed with adopting. Once you've completed the Adoption Agreement and pay the pet's Adoption Fee, you can arrange to pick up your new furry family member!
