Presley #3 | 12-Week-Old Shepherd Mix | Playful, Snuggly, Happy-Go-Lucky Pup

Presley is an 12-week-old Shepherd mix with a big personality packed into her 14- pound frame. This sweet, tan-colored girl is the definition of a happy puppy—friendly, affectionate, and always ready to play or snuggle. She loves everyone she meets and isn’t shy about showing it, greeting new people with lots of kisses and quickly curling up beside them for cuddles. Presley is incredibly social and has done wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, forming fast friendships through playtime, wrestling, and cozy naps together.

Like most young puppies, Presley is still learning the basics. She’s making good progress with potty training and is starting to understand that outside is the place to go, though she’s still building bladder control and will need continued consistency. She sleeps in her crate at night and typically only wakes once for a potty break. While she may whine a bit when first crated during the day, she settles down and relaxes after a short time. Presley is eager to please and very motivated by food, toys, and affection, which will make training a fun and rewarding experience.

Presley has a high energy level typical of her age—she loves playing with toys, chasing tennis balls, and romping around the yard, followed by plenty of naps and snuggle time. She is currently too young to go on walks as she is not fully vaccinated, but she will be ready to explore the world soon. She is also teething, so she may engage in some play biting, but she responds well to gentle correction and redirection.

Her ideal home is one that can provide plenty of attention, structure, and continued training. She would thrive with a family who is excited to raise a puppy and help guide her as she grows. Presley would love a home with another dog to play with, but she would also do well as a solo pup as long as she gets lots of love and engagement from her people.

Presley is a lovable, silly, and affectionate puppy who is already stealing hearts everywhere she goes. With a little patience and a lot of love, she’s going to grow into an incredible companion.

If you and the dog are a good match then we'll connect you with our dog's foster parents to chat more in-depth. If both you and the foster agree that the dog is a good fit then a meet and greet is scheduled. We require applicants' dogs to meet ours to ensure they get along. We'll ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption when it comes time. Our adoption fees help cover the costs of saving more lives! A home visit will be scheduled within one week of your new pet going home with you.

The adoption fee for this pet is $475 (includes a $50 refundable puppy training deposit). Our adoption fee covers the following:

Spay/neuter

Microchip

DAPP vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog.

Rabies vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog.

Adopters shall be responsible for all vaccinations after adoption.
