Meet Ares, a handsome little black kitten with a big personality and an even bigger heart!

Ares didn’t exactly get the beautiful beginning every kitten deserves. He was born in a broken-down, damp and dirty shed where his mama had found what she thought was the safest place available to have her babies. She was a devoted mama and did everything she could for her little family, but life outside was certainly no place for them.

Thankfully, a kind woman discovered the family and knew they deserved better. She stepped in, brought Mama and her babies to safety, and suddenly Ares’s world changed completely.

Since then, this little guy has absolutely blossomed! Ares is playful, curious and always ready to investigate whatever is happening around him. He loves romping around, playing with his siblings and showing off all the silly antics that make kittenhood so much fun. And underneath all that playful energy is a sweet, affectionate little boy who is learning just how wonderful it is to be loved.

With his sleek black coat, bright little eyes and adorable personality, Ares is one of those kittens who is even more charming once you meet him.

His days of being a little shed kitten are behind him. Now Ares is ready for the best part of his story—a family who will love him for the rest of his life.
