Rumi - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

Rumi is living in a foster home! Fill out an adoption application to meet them! We do require that all kittens be adopted with another kitten or cat in the home, so that they can continue socialization and learning good habits!

This sweet kitten is fixed and fully healthy! They are up to date on vaccines. They are still receiving the core kitten vaccine series and will need additional vaccines after adoption to reach full immunization. They are also microchipped!

Rumi is an independent young kitty that will be the first to greet you, waiting to be picked up and looking for chin scratches or attention. Rumi is curious and is one of the first to greet the dog when he sticks his head over the gate. On the fun side, Rumi is an inquisitive young kitten who enjoys exploring, looking for new heights and new adventures; everything fascinates her. She is an energetic youngster who loves to run and jump, racing through her tunnel as fast as she can and chasing her siblings around the room. Once playtime is over, she can be found cuddled up on a blanket or sitting with one of her siblings. She likes to sit in her tree watching the action and guarding the door. Overall, she is a pleasant, agreeable kitty that would do well with other pets. If you're looking for bonded kittens, Rumi would do great being adopted with one (or more) of her three siblings.

Cat-friendly - Hasn't spent time with other cats, but with proper introductions, it is likely they'd do great
