Oyster Cracker - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

Oyster Cracker is living in a foster home! Fill out an adoption application to meet them! We do require that all kittens be adopted with another kitten or cat in the home, so that they can continue socialization and learning good habits!

This sweet kitten is fixed and fully healthy! They are up to date on vaccines. They are still receiving the core kitten vaccine series and will need additional vaccines after adoption to reach full immunization. They are also microchipped!

Oyster is a great companion. He is strong and independent, loves to eat and enjoys a good time. His favorite games are chasing his catnip mouse or fuzzy ball around, playing with wand toys, and chasing his siblings around. He is bold and loves to show off his quick reflexes and jumping skills. He loves action and wrestles with them all. Oyster is first in line when it's time to explore and is open to meeting new people or new animal friends. He's the first to come and say hello before running off to wrestle with his three siblings. He is very motivated by any kind of food and loves mealtimes, pushing everyone out of the way to get to his meal. When he's not playing, he especially enjoys being petted and getting his belly rubbed. He would be the perfect addition to any family and would do well being adopted along with one of his kitten siblings or into a home with a friendly resident cat.

Unknown with Dogs: Has met dogs and done well!

Cat-friendly - Hasn't spent time with other cats, but with proper introductions, it is likely they'd do great

Kid-friendly: Unknown, but likely would do great with respectful kids!
