Happy Spring! Warmer weather is finally on it's way and so is Kitten Season! We need to make room for new Moms and kittens so they can be fixed and get them forever homes! I'm a happy little cutie now, but life wasn't always so good. I was found outside with my mom that already had more kittens. Luckily, we were all brought to the shelter for a better life and that's why I'm so happy now! Even though I was homeless before my life changed in an instant and I'm looking forward to my future!
I am just so grateful to be safe and looking for my REAL forever home now! I promise I'm a sweet kitty! My needs are simple...a warm lap, pets and a family who will love me forever!

I'm a wonderful older kitten and a professional snuggler! My purr sounds like a little motor and it starts the second you pet my soft fur! I've been told I have the sweetest meow too! I’m a "people" cat through and through and I’d love to be your shadow, following you from room to room just to see if you need any help! I also love to play with toys! I get along with other kitty friends if you already have one. I would do great in a home with gentle, older kids who can give me pets. I'm not sure how I feel about dogs though.

Even though my life started out rough, I’m waiting patiently for my forever home now! I promise I'll be your best friend and a source of fun and entertainment too! I’m ready to start my "happily ever after" with a family who promises to keep me forever!

Griffith Animal Control, in partnership with Treasured Friends Animal Rescue believes in giving kitties that others wouldn't normally get a chance at getting a forever home, a chance! Our fosters & volunteers work with shy and/or unsocialized kitties everyday to get them used to being pet and to show them no one will hurt them. However, when they go to a new home, some kitties will require extra time to get used to new surroundings and different people. Please consider giving a kittie who might need a little time to get used to a new home, a chance. This is a serious commitment and it sets the kitties back in their level of trust if they are given up after a few weeks or months. Please, only apply if you are an experienced cat owner and have patience.
