Hi, I'm Parker! I may be a little shy when we first meet, but give me a little time and a gentle introduction, and you'll discover what a loving companion I am. I do seem to gravitate toward women, though I enjoy the company of kind men too. Once I trust you, I'll greet you with my tail held high, a quiet little meow, and a happy rub against your legs. I love being brushed and petted so much that I purr-and sometimes even drool a little! I enjoy a bit of lap time, but my favorite place is curled up right next to you on the couch, keeping you company while we relax together.

I'm most active during the day, but I have a nice, moderate energy level. I love to play with toy mice, catnip toys, soft foam balls, and crinkly toys that make fun scrunchy sounds. I didn't know much about toys or treats before coming into foster care, but now I've discovered how wonderful they are! Churu treats and crunchy treats are definitely some of my favorite things. When it's time for a nap, you'll usually find me snoozing on the top platform of my cat tower, tucked into the cozy cubby below, or happily burrowed under a soft blanket. I like a calm home where I can stay close to my people.

I get along well with my feline brother and sister, though if I were to meet a new cat or dog, I'd do best with a slow, patient introduction. If something startles me, I may hide briefly, but I bounce back pretty quickly. I'm also a litter box champion with excellent manners, and regular brushing keeps my occasional furballs to a minimum. More than anything, I just want to be near the people I love. Whether you're watching TV, relaxing after work, or walking through the door, I'll be there to quietly welcome you and remind you that you're never alone.
