Morga is a brave and beautiful girl who came to us and has shown nothing but resilience and heart. She’s looking for a gentle home that will appreciate her sweet nature and support her unique physical needs. Morga has an old injury to her left hind leg that causes the leg to stay in a fixed, unbending position. This likely resulted from a past orthopedic injury such as a cruciate ligament tear. Because of this, she has a quirky, swinging gait. Morga is a friendly, social cat with a lot of affection to offer. She enjoys gentle petting and will even lean in to rub against your hand. As with many cats who’ve had a tough start, she may become momentarily reactive if startled—such as turning to nip when touched unexpectedly while walking away. Despite this, she settles quickly and has shown the ability to emotionally recover and return to relaxed, comfortable behavior. Morga would thrive in a calm, patient home where her people can read her cues, move slowly around her sensitive areas, and let her continue building trust at her own pace. This sweet, resilient girl has been through a lot, but she still greets the world with softness—and she deserves a home that will do the same for her.
