Boots is a black-and-white, tuxedo cat with the longest white whiskers and the cutest white toes! He's just under a year old and charming as can be. Boots was transferred to the shelter from our rescue partner, A Cat and Dog's Friend Rescue. With a cat who is inquisitive, playful, friendly, and adorable - what more could you ask for?
