Meet Lucia, Our Little Three-Legged Warrior!
Lucia is a beautiful 4-month-old kitten with an incredible story and an even bigger heart.
Lucia was found alone on the streets when she was just a tiny kitten. When she was rescued about two months ago, her back right leg was already missing, so we may never know exactly what happened to her. What we do know is that whatever Lucia experienced before being rescued certainly hasn't taken away her zest for life.
This little girl is brave, resilient, incredibly sweet, and full of life. Having three legs doesn't define Lucia, and she certainly doesn't seem to think there's anything different about her! She has adapted beautifully and continues to enjoy life just like any other kitten.
Lucia deserves a family who will see her for everything she has—not for the one little leg she doesn't. She has an entire lifetime ahead of her and so much love waiting to be given.
More than anything, Lucia needs what every kitten deserves: a safe home, lots of affection, a warm place to sleep, and a family who will love her unconditionally.
She doesn't need anyone to feel sorry for her. She just needs someone to give her a chance.
If you're looking for a truly special little girl and are willing to open your heart to a kitten who has already overcome so much, Lucia may be the missing piece of your family.
Adoption fee is $350 and includes the transportation, deworming, vaccinations, FEL/FIV testing, spay surgery, and microchip. Lucia is being fostered in out of town
