Please help us welcome Cosmo, Bradley and Freddy to the Pacific Northwest! These three lucky cats recently made their way to Street Dog Hero from our new rescue partners at Friends of Normie Rescue in Southern California, and we're so excited to give them the opportunity to begin their next chapters here in Oregon. Cosmo is a beautiful girl with an incredibly sweet soul and a story that makes her even more deserving of a loving forever home.

Cosmo has been with Friends of Normie Rescue since she was just a kitten after being rescued alongside her siblings from poor living conditions where she had very little positive human interaction. Understandably, she entered foster care feeling shy, uncertain and a little unsure about the big, unfamiliar world around her. But there's so much more to this girl once she feels safe. As Cosmo settles in and begins to trust you, her loving personality starts to shine. She enjoys attention and companionship, likes being near her people, and has done wonderfully with other cats and even large dogs. She's the kind of cat who may quietly observe you at first, but give her the time and patience she needs and you'll begin to see the sweet, affectionate companion she's been waiting to become. Cosmo will likely need a little extra patience as she adjusts to a new home. Her future family should understand that trust isn't something she gives away immediately - it's something that needs to be earned. But for the person willing to let her set the pace, give her a safe environment and celebrate those small moments of progress, we think Cosmo will be incredibly rewarding. She's looking for someone who can look beyond a shy first impression and see the wonderful cat waiting underneath. In return, Cosmo has so much love, companionship and affection to give.
