Skittles - Parrot Bird Available for Adoption in Lowell, Massachusetts

Skittles is an African Grey Parrot with a quieter, more reserved personality, but once she bonds with you, she is an incredibly sweet and affectionate companion. Skittles enjoys listening to music and dancing around to her favorite tunes, often showing off her silly side when she feels comfortable in her environment.
While she may not be as chatty as some parrots, Skittles has her own special ways of connecting with her people. She will step up nicely, enjoys gentle beak boops and chest kisses, and absolutely loves sitting on your shoulder — especially if you happen to be eating snacks or drinking from a straw. Fair warning: your Dunkin’ straw and your food are automatically considered community property in Skittles’ world, and she will happily attempt to steal both directly from you.
Skittles is not much of a singer, whistler, or performer, though she will occasionally whisper softly into your ear while perched on your shoulder, which somehow makes her even more charming. Her sex is currently unknown, but if we had to guess, we’d lean female.
Like all African Grey Parrots, Skittles is intelligent, emotionally complex, and thrives on patience, trust, and routine. She is looking for a home with medium to large bird experience that understands the commitment and care these amazing birds require.
