Hanah - New Zealand and Himalayan Rabbit for Adoption in Oak Park, Illinois

Meet Hanah! Hanah is the sweetest, softest angel of a rabbit. She came in to our shelter as a stray after someone abandoned her outdoors. We don't know how anyone could've done that to her and thankfully she survived that ordeal. Hanah is a mixed breed (Himalayan/New Zealand most likely) and is a medium/large size at about 5-6 pounds. We estimate that she is probably 8-10 months old as of October 2026.

Hanah is very affectionate and immediately approaches people for pets and love. She loves to play with toys and is very curious of other rabbits! Ideally Hanah would love to bond with another rabbit so if you have a neutered/vaccinated male rabbit that is looking for a friend, Hanah would love to meet him. She is also looking for a quiet home where she is free-roaming most of the time in a rabbit-proofed environment. She is a very social rabbit and really craves love!

Hanah's adoption fee includes RHDV2 vaccination, microchip and spay surgery. Please fill out our adoption questionnaire if you'd like to meet her or any of our other rabbits!
