What they don't realize or don't care about is that this puts these dogs at the top of the euthanasia list because they're deemed not adoptable. Charlie's has been nothing short of an angel since we swooped him up and out of there!

Charlie loves being arm candy once he gets to know you, and he will be your couch snuggle buddy, too! He does just fine on a leash, and loves everyone he meets.
