Owen is an adorable 7-month-old Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie) who weighs just 5 pounds! This handsome little fellow recently came to Canine Collective when his previous family experienced allergies and could no longer keep him. Now he's looking for a new loving family to call his own!

Owen is a sweet, affectionate, fun-loving little guy who enjoys cuddles just as much as he enjoys being an active puppy. His previous family describes him as a loving little fellow who gets excited when company comes over and enjoys being around people.

But don't let his tiny size fool you! Owen is still very much a puppy, with plenty of energy to burn! He loves attention and will need regular exercise, playtime, and opportunities to explore the world around him. He may be small enough to carry around, but he certainly doesn't want to spend all his time in someone's arms!

According to his previous family, Owen is crate trained, house trained, walks on a leash, and rides nicely in the car. Of course, at just seven months old, he's still learning and will benefit from continued guidance, consistency, and positive reinforcement as he grows.

Owen is looking for a family who understands that adopting a puppy means making a commitment for many wonderful years ahead. He'll need people who can keep up with his youthful energy now and provide the love, companionship, and care he deserves throughout his life.
