Foster to Adopt Home Needed!

We had a special arrival yesterday with this cute, little Filly. For the first time ever, one of the rescue pups headed to Canada wasn't allowed to cross and we were called for help. After seeing this little cutie, how could we say no?

This little Terrier mix girl is 11# and 5 months old. She is as sweet as can be and has a gentle disposition, loving to give hugs as she nestles in to your neck. She is working on her training and would love a family to help show her the way to a bright future full of love, patience, compassion and happiness. Maybe yours?

Due to her size, activity level and age, foster to adopt requirements are:

-Living within 80 miles of Adams, NY.

-Having previous/current pets in annually at a local veterinary office and up to date on vaccines as well as spay/neutered.

-Being able to bring her back to our vets office in Adams for additional care, prior to adoption. After adoption, we recommend taking them to your current vet to be established.

-She is a social pup but a bit on the small side so she should be good with children over 10 years old, dogs and cats.

-Willing to have current family members come to a meet and greet to meet the pet and be sure an acceptable match.

-Having time available to care for, socialize and start the training of a new pet.

-An adoption donation of $550 is being asked, if you choose to adopt, but fostering is free. She had her initial vet check, is current on vaccines, dewormings and prescription flea and tick medications and has been spayed.

The first step in our adoption process is the veterinary reference check so please be sure to call your veterinarian's office to give consent for us to verify your pets history so we can get this step out of the way.

Foster to adopt pets are limited to an 80 mile radius of Adams, NY and pets must be taken to our vets office for care until adoption.

All pets must be viewed in person by all family members prior to adoption; animals will not be shipped to their new homes. Dogs in the home must come to the meet and greet as well to be sure they will get along with the new pet. Veterinary reference check and adoption donation also required.
