Puppy Foster and Foster to Adopt Homes Needed!

This second "House of Dragons" themed litter are a mystery to us. There are way too many dogs in this overburdened home so when the owners offered to rehome some to prevent more in the upcoming months, we knew we needed to help. These "Yorkie mixes" put a smile on our faces when we saw them. Although their former owners told us their Yorkie was the dad, we have some MAJOR doubts. At 6-7# and 10 weeks old, we think they will likely be somewhere between 20-40# full grown so solid, medium sized dogs. What are they, we have no idea. Mom was 20# longhaired gold poodle mix of sorts and dad the household gigolo. One thing is for sure, they sure are cute. These rolly-poly pups could use foster or foster to adopt homes to get them ready for their upcoming spay/neuters next month. Everyone meet the boys Daemon, Aemond, Corlys and our little girl Alicent (already in a foster home).

Due to their size, activity level and age, foster to adopt requirements are:

Living within 80 miles of Adams, NY.
Having previous/current pets in annually at a local veterinary office and up to date on vaccines as well as spay/neutered.
Being able to bring each back to our vets office in Adams for additional care, prior to adoption. After adoption, we recommend taking them to your current vet to be established.
They are social pups so they should be good with children over 5 years old, dogs and cats.
Willing to have current family members come to a meet and greet to meet the pet and be sure an acceptable match.
Having time available to care for, socialize and start the training of a new pet.
An adoption donation of $550 is being asked, if you choose to adopt, but fostering is free. They had their initial vet check, are current on vaccines, dewormings and prescription flea and tick medications and all will be neutered/spayed in a few weeks, prior to adoption.

The first step in our adoption process is the veterinary reference check so please be sure to call your veterinarian's office and give the ok for us to verify your pets records, so we can get this step out of the way.

Foster to adopt pets are limited to an 80 mile radius of Adams, NY and pets must be taken to our vets office for care until adoption.

All pets must be viewed in person by all family members prior to adoption; animals will not be shipped to their new homes. Dogs in the home must come to the meet and greet as well to be sure they will get along with the new pet. Veterinary reference check and adoption donation also required.
