HOW TO ADOPT: The fastest way to start is to submit an adoption application directly (labs4rescue.com/adopt). Please use our official website rather than the Petfinder "Start your Inquiry" button.
Peggy #3 is a 1 year old, 60 lb yellow female lab mix with stunning crystal blue eyes. She is a social butterfly who loves everyone and every dog she meets, and she is great with cats (though she may chase if they run). No introductions needed, she will greet you by leaning into your hand or rubbing against you like a cat, right from the moment you meet. Peggy enjoys walks and does well on a leash. She is crate and house trained. At first, Peggy was a little hesitant with car rides, but now she adores them, watching the world go by from the window. Peggy is a big, sweet polar bear who wants to be with her people as much as possible and would thrive in a family that includes her in all daily activities. She is ready to join a loving home that can give her plenty of love, company, and adventures.
