Buck #30 is a gorgeous almost 2 year old, 50 lb chocolate Lab with the sweetest personality and so much love to give! This handsome boy is an absolute sweetheart who loves his people and just wants to be part of the family.
Buck is wonderful with people and gets along great with other dogs. He’s a loving, affectionate companion who enjoys spending time with his humans, whether it is going for walks, hanging out together, or just being by your side. He’s the kind of boy who will quickly steal your heart!
Buck is crate trained and has been doing well in his foster home. Like many young Labs, he is still learning the ropes and has some puppy like habits to work through. He is a curious boy who can get bored, so he will do best with a family who will keep him mentally and physically active, provide plenty of appropriate chew toys and enrichment, and continue working with him on good household manners. With patience, consistency, and a little guidance, we believe this sweet boy has so much potential!
Buck does great with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine buddy to play with. While he has lived around cats and has never shown aggression toward them, he is a little too curious about his feline friends, so we think a home without cats would be best. He has not been around children in his foster home, but with his sweet, friendly personality, we think he could make a wonderful family companion.
More than anything, Buck deserves a family who will give him the love, attention, exercise, and guidance every young Lab needs. He is a wonderful boy with a beautiful heart who just needs someone willing to help him become the very best version of himself.
Buck is not looking for perfection, just a family who will love him, be patient with him, and give him the forever home he deserves!
